Learnli resources are digital products. No physical items are shipped. When your payment is confirmed, the relevant files are made available through your Learnli account.

Please keep the email address used at checkout so you can sign in and access your account. Download links and account access are for the purchaser only.

Because digital resources can be accessed immediately, refunds are generally not offered after a download has been supplied. If your file is faulty, incomplete or unavailable, contact Learnli support so we can investigate and help.

Your purchase is subject to the Learnli resource licence. You may print resources for the use allowed by your licence, but you may not share, resell, redistribute or upload the files.
